YOU SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT WITH INDOBOXASIA
Follow the simple steps to sign up with IndoboxAsia and receive your personal local forwarding address in Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. After you create your account, you will be able to see the countries and addresses available.

WE SHIP YOUR PARCEL
You can login to your account and pay for the shipping. You can pay with a credit card, PayPal or bank transfer account. Upon confirmation receipt of payment we will typically ship you parcel on the same day.

YOU ORDER YOUR GOODS
Go to your favourite shop from whichever country of your choice such as Amazon USA / Lazada Singapore/ Tokopedia Indonesia and order your goods using your IndoboxAsia address as the delivery address.

WE RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL
Upon receiving your parcel we may elect to check its contents to ensure it can be safely and legally shipped to your forwarding address. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you only send items that may be legally and safely imported to your country of residence. We will then send you an e-mail informing you of its arrival and issue you with your payments invoice.

YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES AT YOUR DOORSTEP
Depending on your shipping origin, you will receive an email update on estimated delivery date of your parcel to your final destination upon. This can vary depending on origin/destination customs processes which are outside our control. Customs duties may be payable depending upon the destination country and are your responsibility. You will need to sign for your goods when they arrive.

How long does it take to reach Indonesia?
It takes about 2-3 weeks from sailing/departure from Singapore date for the boxes to delivered to your doorstep for Java Island. For the rest of the other destination it may take between 5-8 weeks depending on the connecting schedules for local transfers within Indonesia.
What would be considered as personal effects?
Any used personal belongings and not meant for sale in Indonesia will be considered as personal effects. However, if new items sent as gift to a person cannot be considered as personal items and may be subject to duties/taxes in Indonesia.
Can I send new items?
Any new items sent may be subject to duties/taxes as deemed appropriate by the Indonesia Customs Department.
